A former teammate, Morgan, flew in from Oregon so we did a run and caught up afterwards over breakfast. She's recovering from an injury, so the pace was slow. Afterwards breakfast with the two of us along with aaron, Emily, brendon, and a few others. After that Aaron and I hit some tennis balls at the baseball fields.

I'm in Colorado, so I did a short 4 mile run. My legs were hurting from the 7 hour car ride, and that along with the heat and humidity of Denver made for a difficult run. 3 miles barely under 7:00, and then my last mile sped up to a 5:17 pace. Core that night, where I managed to hold a plank for a little over 9 minutes, probably due to taking a week of easy core rather than strenuous. After that I hit 4:30 for a plank, my previous PR.

Mile on the treadmill, I was getting hip pains so I biked 3 miles at high resistance before getting back on. after that about 5 miles at 6:45 pace at 10% incline. Last half mile sped up to what the treadmill said to be a 4:37 pace, but it felt way too easy.

In Georgia now. Three miles in the Atlanta heat right after dinner at gramma griddle's house, but the humidity and stomach cramps made me finish earlier than I wanted to.

4 miles on the treadmill when we got to the hotel.

Not sure how long I actually ran, but 6.5 seems somewhat accurate. I left my watch at a crackerbarrel on the way to our hotel(we're in Mississippi now), but it felt really quick. Much better than yesterday. I suspect 6:30 pace, but you never know.

I hate this hotel were staying at. In all actuality it's beautiful and I love the surrounding beach, but we're staying on the tenth floor. Which means you see a building that looks like a mile away whilst in the hotel, but once you start running towards it you realize it's way far away. I ran at 2, The humidity sucked, and I was glistening by the end of it. I considered jumping in the ocean, but thought "nah". I'll measure the real distance later, but for now I'll call it 4.5. I really wish I hadn't lost my watch, every run I've gone on has felt really quick. Currently throbbing pains engulf my shins, so I'll hydrate and see how I feel this afternoon. another 7 miles tonight if I feel well didn't happen, I got Achilles pains
