My alarm for my morning shakeout run didn't go off. 4 miles before practice to Terra and back, warmup with the team, then 4x2 mile at an easier pace with Aaron, core in between each set. Austin joined us later. I wore a long thick shirt and the heat was killing me at the indoor. I botched the last 2 miles and ran three alone outside. Came back, cooled down, and did strides. 14 for the day! I got 87 miles from last Tuesday to today, Monday. I'm really excited to see where I am in the upcoming indoor season at BYU indoor. |
