Knee pain has all but completely subsided. I've had to do a lot of walking these past few days so I'm counting it as mileage, a silver lining is I was able to study harder than I ever have(over 10 hours of straight studying Tuesday and Wednesday) for a Calc 3 test. The test was pretty hard, I finished with moments left and I was the fourth person to finish it out of 40-odd honors students, so definitely a suffer-fest for the masses. While the past couple days surely helped, I was very tired going into the test(thank God for coffee. Probably had a gallon of black coffee in the last 60 hours- I've literally moved my coffee machine, grounds, Sugar in the Raw, and gallon jugs of water into my room so I can brew while studying), and I wouldn't have had to study that much(I was being thorough) if I had gone to class more often, up until a week ago I very rarely went and only considered "studying" completing homework, and since I was getting A's on them I considered it good enough. Luckily I've reevaluated those habits. I ran yesterday before class, and my knee was a bit uncomfortable once I started but was only a slight annoyance by the time I finished. Decided to keep not running until the pain is totally gone though, so I'd imagine Saturday I'll be good to go.

Right now it's multivariable calculus. One day it's just x and y in a problem, the next it's x,y, z, and they represent functions of f, r, s, and t! Luckily I love math, Physics I don't particularly enjoy and my professor is just awful, and if it weren't for me getting a sub par grade because I never went to Chem 1 last year, I'd have a 4.0 which is pretty irritating.
