AM - 5. Felt pretty good, did some strides. Felt good yesterday afternoon too. Probably going to do 50 or 60 miles next week to try and keep the legs light to chase a fast 5k time Friday night, then maybe go back to 80 the week after, if not then work will be over the week after that so I'll definitely have the time to hit 80's.
PM - 4 easy with 3x200 strides in 33, 30, 28.
