Ran to the dining hall, Calc, and after Calc to the track. Stretched for a bit and did some premeet. 400m w/ 1 min rest, 200m w/ 40 second rest, 200m. 71, 32, 28. I felt sick today, I was stuffed up the entire time and my stomach felt bad. Not too worried about tomorrow. It's only preseason, and I think I can beat my PR's pretty easily. 3k at 10, mile at 2, 800m at 4. Gonna run to chem tonight for a shakeout.
