AM - Easy run with a fast mile on the grass (no resting between the easy and fast stuff, just jumped straight into it). I ran after classes, before lunch. It was hot, humid, and muddy. Not ideal. Ran a 5:07 which isn't too shabby for trainers. Coming back I felt really good, I was going 6:40 pace and it felt like jogging. I swear I always feel the best AFTER doing quick stuff.
PM - Ran to rec, X-training. did core and stretched, ran back.
