AM - 8 miles with 5x1 minutes hard thrown in the middle. The original plan was 10x1 minute, but I felt pretty sick to my stomach on #4 and #5 so I cut it short. Grass was soaked so I couldn't get good traction, but all my paces were sub 5, which is the first time I've gotten that on this type of workout. Did strides and drills after.
