6 miles with the UA Run club. We started off with around 25 of us and by the end it was just me, Parker(pres of club/1:14 half marathon), and Shawn(4:27 1600). The three of us each pushed the pace a bit, and we all agreed that we went quick. It wouldn't have been any fast mileage for me, but I was still tired from yesterday's race.
After dinner I ran to the rec, stretched and lifted, and ran back. Focused on upper body. Parker invited me to go on his distance run with him tomorrow. I run and I've already climbed the ladder of UA Run.
