AM - 7 easy rec/canal, no watch. Pace was probably 7 flat-ish. Stayed up last night waiting for some stuff to go down that never did so waste lol. Neither of my alarms went off so I ran at about 9

PM - 30 min WU(4.2). 8x200m w/ equal recovery, 30 min CD(4). It was crazy hot out today. I read Alli's blog and I guess she's just such an inspiration that I started to have stomach problems on this run bc I aspire to be her. 200's went 31, 29, 32, 29, 30, 30, 31, 28. Good work. Gonna stretch and ice in the canal.

I averaged straight up 30 seconds on the 200's. I think I was around 33 last time I did this, but that was two days after racing 26 miles at ragnar. I'd like to get to the point where I can do this workout and average 27 and 28s.
