7 miles with 4 strides in the butler field. I did them where I'd start at the 50yd mark, run at around 5 flat pace and do a wide turn and change gears the last 100 yards. Only timed the last two 100 yard parts of those, 13.1 and 12.5. Glad I took yesterday off because my calf feels much better. All I ate was junk because it's all the dining hall had though, so I could have felt better. It was mid 80's and windy out too, and I started my run at 9PM so that was strange.

Bro what's up with your Strava? It's always just a bunch of .1 mile runs lol

Since Tuscaloosa is such a populated town, and I hate running on concrete, I usually just do small loops, but if you've ever run on a track you know that the pace is quicker than it really is, and I just feel like it's lying so I don't put it on. The only exception is workouts. On the track I use the stopwatch app because it's more accurate, and anywhere else I use GPS. Don't worry though, I get out of school in 4 days so I can start recording again, and next year when I have a car I can drive to actual running routes

Also my non track workouts aren't loops so those times aren't exaggerated or anything. Lol
