4 miles in the zantes, but my arches really hurt so I went and switched to the structures and felt fine. Not sure if I was pushing the pace or just low on energy from skipping breakfast and lunch for homework

I feel like maybe you shouldn't be skipping meals when you're training. I know homework is a big time consumer, but it is probably not wise to run 7 miles without energy.

If it makes you feel any better Rylie I had a small(~50 calorie) salad while I was getting my coffee so I technically did have a TINY bit of fuel in the tank. Don't worry, I always fuel hardcore for workouts.
