Not sure quite how far I went, the deal was I wouldn’t keep track of pace until next week. I did feel a little tired at the beginning of my 3-3 fartlek. I think I need to be getting more sleep. One thought I had though is that the past couple weeks have both included “chill” workouts, not anything where I pushed myself too hard. I think for my psychological well-being it might be nice to keep it that way. In the past I have always gone crazy on workouts, I would probably be wise to pull back a bit, at the very least until I run with the team.
