33 miles on stationary bike. Felt a lot better today than I did on Saturday. My foot feels a little better today. I have done 112 mile in 3 days, and now am going to start swimming. Hopefully by the time my swimming is done, I can feel good about my foot to start running.

| | Didn't count total laps today, but I would guess I swam about 1.5 miles. My foot feels like its about 98%, I keep contemplating running sooner than the 2 weeks rest, but I know I probably shouldn't. |

| | went swimming. I only lasted about an hour in the pool because my goggles kept on leaking on the right side. I had to stop every 1-2 laps and let the water out, and I got frustrated. |
