10.5 miles on a treadmill at night. I took a potty break at 5.5 miles and ten after I finished the last 5 miles I went to the potty again. And then after I stretched I went potty again. All #2. Some might see this as a bad thing, but I just see it as an easy way to get down to race weight. This run went pretty well, besides the fact that I was doing it on a treadmill. I really need to quit being lazy and just go earlier in the day. I did the last 5 miles at my TOU marathon pace. It felt good, and was a pace I could have kept doing.
