10 miles at 9:45 pm at the gym. I woke up this morning and was unable to get out of bed due to tiredness. I worked a long day yesterday (first time in 7 months) and didnt feel like running. I had to do some work on one of the apartment buildings for a few hours, then mow the lawn, so I figured I would just run at night. When night came I wasnt really feeling like I wanted to run outside in the dark with a headlamp, so I decided to go to the gym and watch the olympics while I ran. This was supposed to be a tempo run, and I did pick up the pace over the span of 4 or 5 miles, but not to a point where it was a speed workout or anything. Max HR 168 Avg HR 149 1 | 7:51.9 |
