I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

8 miles at 5:45 am, first run in my red fusion 2's. This was an easy run, just tried to finish nice and easy and save my legs for my long run tomorrow.

I was thinking that maybe I would have posted before you did. Nope, I was wrong. My long run this week was today. It was supposed to be 7 miles, but I only did 6.73. I ran over 18 miles this week and I no loner make excuses to not run. In fact I went bed "early" last night so I could get up at 6:00 am. I am wondering when I changed. I finally can say that I look forward to my runs in the morning.
