6 miles at 9:30 pm. I felt like pushing it during this run. I have been taking it easy for the last while, and decided that I need to start training a little faster. I started out holding back a little so I could warm up, then after the first mile I started to push myself. I was going to try and push it for 3 miles, then cool down for 3, but decided midrun to push fast for 4 miles (counting the fastish warmup mile) then slow down for the last 2 miles. Overall it went well, and could be one of my quickest pace's for a training run. Max HR 178 Avg HR 163 1 |
