7.65 miles at 8:30. I went later today because today is my wives birthday, so I made her breakfast in bed and went running after we ate. I was supposed to do 7 miles, but I changed it to 7.65 so I will end up with an even 55miles this week. I also was supposed to do 30 minutes at a faster pace, but I forgot and didn't remember until about mile 3, so I just did 4 miles at a quicker pace.
