11 miles at 10ish am. This was supposed to be a 9 mile run with 6x800's, but I miss judged how far away the track was. I ran 4.18 miles then started the 800's. After each 800 (2 laps) I would run 1.5 laps at a slower pace then do it again. It was going well until the 2nd one where I got a very bad stomachache. It was hard to just push through and finish, but I had to do it. My legs felt good, my HR felt good, my lungs felt good, I felt good except my stomach was killing me and it forced me to slow down a bit.
