Went and had a nice and easy Draper Hill run. Coach Rodger says that Tulsa Run is going to be extra hill this year.
Hot run down at the river. About 7:30 pace.
It was another hot one down at Oklahoma. I got a run in at the river.
It was rain and cool this morning for the run I met Rodger, Jason, and Blake. I did 4 miles easy and a progression tempo run on the way back. 6:27 6:22 6:16 6:06.
I felt pretty good. Tulsa Run in 7 weeks then if all is well half marathon training.
