Today was a beautiful day in Oklahoma. But very windy. I went out to Draper Lake and ran some hills.

I took off Monday and Tuesday. I did a sunrise trail run out at Draper Lake trails. I was the first one out there so I got to stir up all the animals. I ran in some Brookes spikeless cross country shoes. I'm glad I can incorporate trail runs to my running schedule.

AM--- Spin class

 

PM--- Ran a solo 10 miler down a the river. I had a big lunch therefore I didn't feel great on my run.
