Ran from my house to the Eagle Lake trail and back for my long run. I got a total of 12 in. At one point when I was on the grass to avoid the road I rolled my ankle and today its a little soar. This was also the first run with the new Energy Boosts.
I had to work and was going to be busy after work so I decied to get up early and run before work. I went to O.C. because it has a lite trail and got my run in.
