My New Year started off bad.  For running that is. I have been training good and was going to start a official train program starting on the 1st. But on a easy long run at the Draper hills route I step on a rut made by a car and sprained my ankle and I thought I was done for.  So im currently taking a week off and hope for the best.

i'm just catching up here. i am sorry to hear about your ankle but it seems to be improving? smart to take the time off to let it heal properly. keep being patient with it. your xt looks good.
