Setback on Saturday. I had a long night with the baby, and ended with with only a couple hours of sleep. I had intentions of an afternoon run, but it didn't happen. Try again. I warmed up 1.5 miles. I ran a 20 minute tempo and hit 3.03 miles in 20 minutes. About 6:35 average. Then, I ran 10 x 1 minute on/off. That gave me three more miles. The fast parts varied between 5:45 pace and 6:15 pace. I cooled down about six minutes for 8.2 miles total. My goal for this week is simply to run every day. |
