My soleus was sore when I started, but warmed out in the first five minutes. I ran 4800 S to River Trail, and up by Millrace park. Total time 32:26. Not too bad for just cross training the last couple weeks, but I'm sure I've lost speed. I'm supposed to run a 5k in Boise next Saturday. I'll do my best, but I don't think I'll be that fast. |
