Decided I need a little exercise this week, so I went to play basketball. However, the small group I usually play with has now turned into a bigger production and there were way too many people there, so I only played two games and left. I guess I should just stick to running, but I've always used basketball as something to help when I'm burned out with running. Ran 4.5 miles tonight, up to the substation then around the park and back home. Kind of cooler this evening, long sleeve shirt and gloves, legs felt ok, hip a little tight. DS Trainer-171
