Not much time today. Went to STG and got Joslin a new bike for her birthday, and then had to go help the bishop with a few things this evening.  Also helped Jarren mow two lawns.

Pretty decent run this evening, did the Jolley's Loop in 20:51 (10:59 pace). Probably the fastest I've done this loop since the ankle surgery. After the run I went to the gym and did 10 machines 2x12.
