30 minutes of basketball.  Still feeling quite a bit of pain in the hips and groin area, pretty busy schedule continues, but things should slow down some by next weekend.

I ran with the club tonight even though I wasn't planning on running tonight. I'm still feeling a lot of pain in my right hip, but it was such nice weather after work I had to get out. I hurried home got my running gear, drove to St. George taught a Driver's Ed class, then let the kids out early and caught up with the running club. We did a new run on a trail Clyde has been wanting to take us on. It was ok, I'm not a big fan of trail running ever since my ankle surgery, but I went ahead and tried this one, I didn't really like the first mile of it, too many rocks on the trail to run around, but once we got up on top is was better and I managed to survive. I was in quite a bit of pain for most of the run. Bill slowed down and we cut the run short and headed back to the store, making it just over 6 miles. I'm going to a chiropractor next Thursday and I hope he can figure out what my problem is.
