Sunny dropped me off on Washington Parkway and then I ran down through Hell's Canyon and over to Sullivan Park, then along the bike path and back up to Biolife. The first part of the run I ran a little faster, then slowed down climbing the hills.

Basketball this morning and the I ran up Pah Tempe Canyon 3 miles to the large swimming hole.  I took a nice dip in the river for about 10 minutes.  The water is still pretty cold.  I then continued on the other side of the river up to the La Verkin Twist and then down on the trail.
