Shortest mileage I've ever recorded. I jogged a half mile over to watch Jansen's soccer game at La Verkin Elementary.  The entire way over my calf was really hurting, so when the game was over I scrapped the rest of my run and just came home plopped down on the couch and watched the Jazz game.  Sunny tried to workout some of the knots in my calf, but I think it might be time to call April.

Can you believe that ending? Such a huge high and then slapped down to the lowest low! Still, ya gotta love that Jazz!
