Ran up to the start of 600 North trail, easy 3 miles @ 7:45 pace.  Then did a 2 mile tempo back home.  Two weeks ago I ran 5:50 and 5:53 into a strong headwind.  Today was much better.

1-5:30

2-5:34

The best part of this run, was the fact that my little budda stomach was really hurting but didn't burst.  I was really surprised I didn't vomit considering my pre-workout snack, (while I was doing Driver's Education).  A bag of Doritos, a bottle of Pepsi, some Nacho Cheese Sunflower Seeds and 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Bunnies!

Anyway finished with an easy mile jog home, just in time to watch 24.

Glad to hear that there is no throw up in La Verkin! Have you had many close calls while teaching drivers ed? I bet that you have some good stories! Good job!

Tyler- I have used a few not so family-friendly words a time or two while driving with students. I guess that has also happened a time or two while running on trails, you'll have to ask Clyde about that.
