Ran up to the start of 600 North trail, easy 3 miles @ 7:45 pace. Then did a 2 mile tempo back home. Two weeks ago I ran 5:50 and 5:53 into a strong headwind. Today was much better. 1-5:30 2-5:34 The best part of this run, was the fact that my little budda stomach was really hurting but didn't burst. I was really surprised I didn't vomit considering my pre-workout snack, (while I was doing Driver's Education). A bag of Doritos, a bottle of Pepsi, some Nacho Cheese Sunflower Seeds and 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Bunnies! Anyway finished with an easy mile jog home, just in time to watch 24.
