Ran over to the substation in Hurricane and back.  I didn't feel that good on my run.  I'm officially an old man now.  I played on a city league softball team tonight. I went 1 for 2 with 1 RBI and then flied out.  I played right field and had one error.  Don't worry guys I didn't log any of my time playing softball as cross training miles.  I mean I didn't even break a sweat.

I love softball... I guess you could log the miles if you ran around all the bases A LOT!
