Not a very good workout. I did a 3 mile warm-up, then did 4xPah Tempe hill repeats. 1-2:13 felt decent 2-2:14 legs dead 3-2:14 was really hurting here, but decided to attempt one more 4-2:19 struggled from the beginning on this one. Threw-up afterward, but really didn't have much to throw up since I hadn't eaten since lunch. Only did 1 mile for a cool-down. I'm really feeling down after this workout. My hip is always hurting and I don't feel that motivated to train right now. Maybe I just need to eat some dinner and get to bed. |
