Interesting run.  Sunny drove me out toward Virgin, half way there we came upon an accident.  I got out and she turned around and heading back down to La Verkin.  Fortunately, no one was injured too bad in the accident, 4 Chinese people flipped a SUV. After, standing around and waiting for the EMT's to arrive I then left and ran along the old highway interesting in the first mile I saw two different groups of people shooting guns, and a strange guy digging for something using his metal detector.  I then turned and ran up the Overlook Road and down the steep section of the trail.  Actually, much easier running up the trail than down it.  Overall, the run was 5 miles, didn't feel that great on the run and now that I'm home I'm feeling a little like I've got a head cold starting.
