I didn't make it over to the club run this morning, like I was planning to.  I woke up at 5:30, but I was still feeling the same sickness I felt yesterday, so I called Bill and told him not to count on me. I then went back to bed and slept until 9:30.  I think the extra rest helped, I seemed to feel better as the day went on.  I was feeling pretty good tonight, so I took off around 9:30 and ran 10.5 miles, went out on the 600 North trail to the golf course, then over to the highway and back into Hurricane, then home.  The pace was pretty slow and relaxing, but I was fine with that.  I got my 60 miles for the week, which I didn't think was going to happen with the way I feeling this morning, but I'm glad I got the run in tonight.  June has been a pretty good month of training and racing.  I still would like to increase my mileage a little through July and August.  I'm looking on doing a few half marathons the next few months.

Good job getting out. I am glad you started feeling better. I am going to try to keep my miles around 70 a week. I don't think it will help me to go over that. I am to pron to get injured. What do you think?

Hey D - Good to see you are doing better and were able to get out. Keep it up!
