Didn't run again today, still a lot of soreness in my calf, did massage it pretty good tonight.  We bought a used jogging stroller tonight over in St. George, so hopefully it will work for Sunny and she can get in some miles outside, rather than on the dreadmill.

Yes we did run home from school. It was kind of a jog though so he could keep up and my knee could stand it.

I hope your calf heals soon. Your speed was taking off before this issue. But you'll be back where you were in no time.
