Really good tempo workout on the treadmill. I loaded my Toquerville route and hit the following splits.
6:55, 13:41, 20:17, 26:47, 33:08 (6:37 avg)
Here is the comparison to the last time I did this workout
7:04, 13:43, 20:25, 27:04, 33:21 (6:40 avg)
I have come to realize that on the treadmill you can only got up to 6:00 min pace if you have the setting on a decline, so next time I'm going to do just a flat route.
Also did 1 mile warm-up, cool-down
