6 easy miles over past the bridge and back home, felt ok but not great. Today's run put me over 2100 miles for the year. Not all of those miles were running, some were cross-training which is always up for debate. How to convert or compare certain cross-training exercises to running miles? I usually don't get too concerned about it, because I run and train when I feel like it and I play basketball and other sports when I feel like doing that and as far as the miles per week, month and year go, all I really care about is comparing from week to week, month to month and year to year. |
