Ogden is pretty fast. The first two miles are slight rolling hills, but when you make the turn into the Canyon you can start flying if you feel good. I know last year that I dropped one or two miles below 5:20 last year--although the downhill does take a little out of you the last 2-3 miles.

Good luck at the half. I've ran the Ogden marathon a few times and it's a beautiful course.
