Basketball this morning. It was nice only 11 showed up, so I got to play for almost an hour, no sitting or slowing down. I'm planning on coming over and running with the club tonight at 5:00 right? Good 7 miles tonight with the club out on Snow Canyon Parkway. Not too many there tonight ran the first 3.5 miles with Dave which was nice to chat with him. The last 3.5 I did by myself. Average was 7:35, not bad with about a mile left I missed the step up onto the curb and pulled my groin and leg a little, hopefully not too serious. Still struggling with the hip issue, but will continue to train when I can and feel like it, and rest on the other days. Cumulus-283
