Really good workout this afternoon.

3 miles warm-up over to Hurricane High. Talked a little bit with a parent that is helping out with Hurricane's Cross Country Team, interesting listening to some of the things they are doing. I mentioned that I wouldn't mind coming and running with them some and she said she didn't think the head coach would mind, so we'll see what happens.

Ok, back to the workout

Did 4x1600m with 400m recovery (3:00 min)

1-5:44 Too fast for the first one, but felt really good

2-5:46 Another good repeat

3-5:54 Wheels starting to fall off, thinking this will be the last one for sure

4-5:51 I had to give myself a little extra recovery, but glad I was able to do this last one.

3 mile cool-down home.
