I had a late night last night, took Jordan and his friend to a movie and didn't get home until 12:30, needless to say I didn't make it over to run with Mike and Bill (sorry guys)

When I did get up this morning I went out and did 9 miles over 600 North (which is now a paved road, boo!) Stopped at Sky Mountain #13 and got a drink then made the loop back into Hurricane.

Went and dumped half a truck load of rocks up by the La Verkin Overlook, then I did a 5 mile run. Ran into my biggest fear a rattlesnake, good thing the guy was just hiding next to a bush. Anyway, it got my attention and the rest of the time I ran right down the middle of the dirt road.

No prob my friend! We actually took your advice and kept it a little easier today. Kinda funny, Bull would say slow down, then I would be telling him to slow down. Were just a couple of stooges without the Budda!

Good job getting in a solid run solo and then having to deal with the snake... my worst fear too.

Glad you were able to avoid the snake.
