Feeling a little better tonight, waited until it cooled off a little to get my run in. I really didn't feel like running, after being sick for most of the day but did manage to get out. Actually did the Hurricane Half 5K course twice. The first time I drove my truck over to the high school, then ran the course backwards heading back to La Verkin. Just took it easy time was 23:30. Then I did 1.5 miles easy waiting for Sunny to get ready to run. Then I paced Sunny as we ran the course back to the high school. She did pretty good ran 29:12. She had a big day a total of 6 miles. |
