Went and played basketball this morning, good workout. The runs this week have felt ok as far as my hip pain, a little tight and painful when I woke up this morning. I would really like to get over these little nagging injuries. Looking forward to the dinner party tonight.

6 Easy miles tonight, however the cold wind made the run seem pretty hard. Went from house over to the Chevron in Hurricane then out to 400 South and back home.

A little B-ball sounds fun! Good run last night, you looked pretty good when you took off for the fast mile! Hang in there with the injuries, I will see you tonight.
