Rode bike to school this morning, legs a little stiff and sore. I guess that is what happens when you are another year older. Yep, Birthday today big 33, but don't think I'm going to head out and run 33 miles (like some of my friends would). I enjoy running, but not to that extent. I might however, do a hill workout later tonight.

Not a very good evening of running. I did 3 miles alone after eating Cafe Rio, big mistake, but it tasted so good. Then I ran to the fire hydrant with Sunny and back, she was actually having to wait for me tonight.

Happy Birthday! Come on just go do the 33 miles today. You'll remember it forever. J/k. Have a good day!

From Dustin on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 12:15:35

Clyde I would have needed to of started right after mid-night last night and it would have taken me most of the day to hit 33 miles, but you are right it would be something to remember forever.

From Lucia on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 12:22:50

Have a fabulous birthday Dustin! You should run 3.3 miles, OR 33 kilometers! :)

From Paul Petersen on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 12:27:52

Happy birthday. Perhaps run for 33 minutes?

From Andy on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 12:30:41

Happy Birthday!

From Jon on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 12:34:52

Happy Birthday, Dustin! How about 33 km run (just under 20 miles)- that could be doable!

From Sunny on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 13:44:03

I'll run 3.3 miles or 33 minutes with you tonight! If that is on your agenda.

From Dustin on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 14:03:34

I think the 3.3 miles would be more enjoyable than the 33km

From Runnman on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 21:57:25

Happy B-day. Keep on running!!! 45 doesn't feel much different than 33 did. See you Sat. I hope.

Thanks everyone. My monthly visitor shot up from 95 to 113, what a nice present from everyone. I actually treated myself to a little Cafe Rio tonight and now it is time for my run, this might be a problem but hopefully things will be ok.

From Andy on Tue, Aug 26, 2008 at 23:04:18

I usually don't hear guys talking about their monthly visitor. It took me a minute to figure out what you were talking about.

From Dustin on Wed, Aug 27, 2008 at 00:11:01

Sorry, about the confusion Andy, I meant to say monthly people viewing my blog. We'll leave the monthly visitor talk to the women.
