Ran over to Hurricane High School 2.5 miles, then did a CV workout. I was going to do 5x1000, then after the first repeat I wasn't feeling too good, so I thought maybe only 4, well after the second repeat, I decided hey if I can at least do one more then I'm done. So I ended up only doing 3x1000m with 200m rest/recovery.
1-3:36- feeling ok
2-3:37- feeling bad
3-3:40-feeling terrible Anyway, not a very good workout. However, I have been a little sick the last few days, and with the colder weather this afternoon, I was glad I got out and attempted a workout. I do think with a little more training I will be able to do these workouts and see some positive results. DS Trainer-249
