Played basketball this morning, had a difficult time getting out of bed and moving around. Hip issues again, not fun. Would like to do an easy 6 miles after work, we'll see how much time I have.

Did a 7 mile run which was a new route to me. Went over to Hurricane then up the state road heading toward Page, then I got on and ran down the Hurricane Canal for about a 1.5, went back inside some rocks exploring, then came out on 1000 South. The pace was very slow, I'm still struggling with the hip but able to manage running if the pace is not too fast. I do feel like I'm getting in a little better shape and the weight I gained the last few months is slowly starting to come off.

Yes, I missed out on the lecture you got about weight, so sometime you'll have to give me the short version.

Charles Barkley was always overweight and he dominated! Just buy a bigger singlet. Seriously, great job on the miles & weight!

Bill, maybe you can give the weight lecture, on the club run tomorrow.
