Played basketball for an hour this morning.  La Verkin 5K Loop with Sunny, then ran 2 miles over to Hurricane Elementary and Sunny picked me up.  Right leg felt sore along with the hip.

Sounds like Ken would like to do 20 miles on the course. I'm up for either. If we did the race, then we could go out for a few more miles later, or if everyone is wanting to do the 20 miler I could use that also.
