Not a lot of time today, and I wasn't feeling very good so I only did 3 miles. This hip injury is still really bothering me. Maybe since my birthday is coming up I'll try a massage again.

Sorry to hear about the hip. When your up to a nice easy run, give me a call. Well do more talking than running.

Don't let Big foot (Mike) fool you. He will try to rock your world and throw in a couple of sprints in the middle of the 10 mile run. Big foot has no shame. no mercy. then when your sucking wind he looks back at you and grins, then says. ("is that all you got")

Wildbull, is always the guy throwing in the random sprints. Looks like I'm going to be helping Steve out with the race Saturday and not running the race, so maybe afterwards we can get in some miles. I really need to get to training if I'm going to have any kind of showing at the marathon this year.

So is any of the club members running the race? I am trying to figure out I am going to do on sat.

From Dustin on Wed, Aug 13, 2008 at 15:07:33

I think Steve is still needing as much help as possible. My family is going to go up to Pine Valley Friday night, and then I plan on doing some miles either before or after the race.

Dustin, i am going to help Steve Saturday also.

lets get together and run. We could run the marathon course if you want. depending on how hot it is.
